Incubated and succesfully launched the brand La Monjita
We incubated and launched La Monjita in the U.S. by building a cohesive, multi-channel strategy that spanned DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and retail. Starting with a clear brand identity and strong positioning, we developed and launched the Shopify site to serve as the central DTC hub—owning the full customer experience, from messaging and creative to subscriptions and analytics. In parallel, we launched on Amazon, managing everything from keyword research and A+ content to fulfillment and brand registry, ensuring the brand was discoverable and conversion-ready. We mirrored this playbook on Walmart.com, adapting to the platform's merchandising style and shopper behavior.

Full-Funnel U.S. Launch: From DTC to Retail
La Monjita’s U.S. debut was driven by a fully integrated launch strategy across DTC, Amazon, Walmart.com, and retail. We built the brand from the ground up—crafting the identity, launching the Shopify site, and rapidly expanding into marketplace and retail channels. This full-funnel approach allowed us to test and scale efficiently, driving awareness, conversion, and repeat purchase across every major touchpoint.
