The Brand
Jolene Coffee partnered with Attomik from day one to launch and scale the brand's ecommerce business. We built and optimized the core Shopify experience, launched and grew Amazon as a second revenue engine, and managed acquisition across Meta, Amazon Ads, and Google Search.
The engagement is ongoing, with expansion into TikTok Shop and Walmart to diversify distribution and accelerate profitable growth.
The Challenge
Launching from zero required standing up a full-funnel ecommerce engine quickly — storefront, product merchandising, measurement, and paid acquisition — while keeping unit economics healthy. As spend scaled, the business needed clear P&L ownership to ensure growth translated into profitability, not just top-line volume. The long-term challenge was building a channel mix that could scale beyond a single platform and maintain efficiency over time.

Launched the Shopify storefront and conversion funnel, established analytics and measurement infrastructure, and implemented merchandising and offer structure to support initial traction. Every page was instrumented from day one so we had clean data to optimize against immediately.

Built and scaled paid acquisition across Meta (FB/IG), Google Search, and Amazon Ads with structured testing cadences across audiences, creatives, and landing pages. Our AI creative engine generated hundreds of ad variants in the first 30 days — compressing what typically takes months of creative testing into weeks. Winning creative angles were identified and scaled fast, losing ones cut before they burned budget.

03Amazon Marketplace Growth⚡ AI-Accelerated
Launched and optimized Amazon listings using AI-driven keyword research — analyzing thousands of competitor reviews and search terms to identify the exact language Jolene's target customers used. Built A+ content, brand store, and ad structure across Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands to drive incremental revenue, improve listing efficiency, and strengthen organic discoverability over time.

04P&L Ownership & Scaling Roadmap
Owned ecommerce performance end-to-end — CAC, CVR, AOV, repeat rate, and payback period — aligning every channel investment to profitability targets and scaling thresholds. Rather than optimizing for ROAS in isolation, we built a full unit economics model and made decisions against contribution margin. Growth that didn't improve the P&L didn't get funded.

05Channel Expansion — TikTok Shop & Walmart⚡ In Progress
With Shopify and Amazon performing at target, the next growth phase is diversifying distribution into TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace — two surfaces with significant incremental reach and lower competition than Meta or Amazon at current scale. AI-generated content and listing optimization will be applied to both from day one.
