OSIA is a social tonic brand redefining what it means to gather. Built around a mood framework — Boost, Bliss, Ease, and Passion — every flavor is designed to match how you want to feel, not just what you want to drink.
Clean ingredients. Real fruit and plant-derived botanicals. Lightly functional, never clinical. OSIA is creating a new category in the better-for-you beverage space — one built to belong at every table, from morning routines to evening rituals.
The Challenge
OSIA had the brand world dialed in — the mood framework, the design language, the product. What they needed was the commercial engine underneath it: a DTC foundation that could convert the audience their brand was already attracting, a paid growth motion that didn't dilute the elevated positioning, and the retention infrastructure to turn first orders into rituals. The work was translating an intentional brand into an intentional business.
