Reset Wellness is a Mexican supplements brand with one mission: make wellness simple, intentional, and easy to fit into everyday life. Functional formulas — spanning hormone balance, metabolism, energy and longevity, fertility, sleep and stress, immunity, and gut health — built with high-quality, bioavailable ingredients and science-backed doses.
Reset sells single products, curated kits, and a build-your-own-kit experience, all direct-to-consumer on Shopify. The opportunity is to build the growth engine that carries a loved brand into more households — without losing what makes people come back.
The Challenge
Reset has a strong product line and a loyal community, but its direct-to-consumer growth engine is being built now. The work: a Shopify foundation that converts across single products, kits, and subscriptions; an email and subscription lifecycle that turns first-time buyers into repeat customers in a category people take daily; and a paid social motion that reaches new audiences while protecting margin — all wired into one connected system.
