Nimoru Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Nimoru, an app published by Attomik LLC. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app
Nimoru is an educational discovery app for young children. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
What you may not do
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its content. The artwork, audio, text, characters, and software in Nimoru belong to Attomik LLC and are protected by copyright.
Nimoru Plus
Nimoru Plus is an optional purchase that unlocks additional worlds. It is available only inside the Grown-ups area of the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings, under your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Supervision
Nimoru is made for children but is not a substitute for adult supervision. Content is educational and simplified for young children, and we make no warranty that every statement is complete or suited to any particular purpose.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attomik LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
